Clarke purchased this truck as a fresh import. It came with a 305 Chev/700r4 fitted (well sort of) on the deck was a Heidts Mustang 2 front end and a 9 inch diff.
The Toy Shed stripped it to a bare chassis. Fitted the front end. Boxed the chassis, fitted a k member, narrowed the diff and fitted a 4 link rear suspension. Next up we narrowed and fitted a set of fleet side rear inner guards to tub the rear. The brake booster was relocated under the truck and an electric handbrake unit and battery were also mounted under the truck. The body was already tidy so it was refitted as is.
Once we had taken the car for Cert and VIN, Clarke has been using it as his daily driver.
After a year or so of use Clarke returned the truck to us. We have now rebuilt and fitted a LS1 5.7 engine and 4L60E trans. It’s a real cool daily driver.
