About Us

THERE’S A REASON WHY OUR CUSTOMERS BECOME GOOD FRIENDS

Here at The Toy Shed we’re all about achieving the result you’re looking for within your budget.

Advice is free and coming up with “the plan” before the job starts is the key. As is good communication. With a vast and varied knowledge in the automotive industry, the team here love a challenge.

Most of our customers have an end goal in mind, so it’s our job to guide them with advice and options on how to achieve that while keeping everyone involved happy with the outcome.

We’re always here to help and get a lot of satisfaction from being involved in some awesome projects for great customers.

I’ve been in business for over twenty years and always worked on the theory that your name is your business, and the best advertisement in the world is word of mouth from happy customers.

But don’t just take my word for it, Checkout some of the projects we’ve worked on, and what our customers have to say about us.

- Russell Lowe, Owner

CARBURETTOR MOTORS

Now part of The Toy Shed, this business has been running since the early eighties, and with two of the previous owners part of our team there’s years of experience on tap. We carry a great range of new and rebuilt carbs, along with hundreds of rebuild kits and parts, many of which are no longer available. We also have a huge range of secondhand carbs to help people out of sticky situations when parts have been lost or damaged.
